Is it free to post a project?
Yes. Clients never pay a platform fee. Posting a project is completely free and you only pay your freelancer directly via secure escrow when you approve their work.
What is the freelancer commission?
Freelancers pay a 10% platform fee on each completed milestone payment. This covers payment processing, escrow, dispute resolution, and platform maintenance.
When are funds released?
Funds are released from escrow only when you (the client) approve a milestone. If a dispute arises, our team mediates to ensure a fair outcome.
Can I cancel a project?
Yes. You can cancel a project at any time. Funds for un-approved milestones are returned to the client. Completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
Do you offer volume discounts?
