Why we built Workia.dev
Our founders experienced the problem firsthand. Hiring AI freelancers through generalist platforms meant sifting through hundreds of unqualified applicants, unclear pricing, and no domain-specific vetting.
We decided to build what we wished existed: a marketplace with AI as its first language, secure payments as a default, and a community of professionals who take their craft seriously.
Workia.dev launched in early 2024 and has grown entirely through word-of-mouth in the European AI community.
